The quick answer is none. When you create an account all that you give us is a username, and the username need not be personally identifiable. If you choose to use something identifiable like your name, then that username will be used in various features of the app and should be considered publicly available.

We only collect a username at registration. No other information is collected at any time.

We don’t. Your username is displayed when you use various features of the app, but we don’t use it for anything.

How do we protect your information?

We follow security best practices for protecting usernames from being obtained through some means other than regular usage of the app.
